1:1 Device Agreements and Protection plan are now available for the 2024-2025 School year. Please click on the link to fill out the 2024-2025 Parent MPS Technology Agreement form. Please complete this form regardless if you accept or decline the device. Also the link for the Protection Plan is available. Please note we have changed vendors to purchase the 1:1 Protection Plan. We now use MySchoolBucks. You can also pay with cash or a check. Checks need to be made out to Montville BOE and please write the student's ID number and grade in the memo line. Cash and Checks are to be handed into the main office of your student's school.
